About this tag
This tag collects WindowsForum.com coverage of synchronized lyrics, the timed lyric format that scrolls each line in step with a song rather than showing a static text block. The tagged discussion centers on LRCGET, an open-source Tauri desktop utility that serves as the official client for LRCLIB, letting Windows users batch download, edit, and export synced lyrics for local MP3, FLAC, and AAC libraries. It speaks to people who keep their own music collections instead of relying on streaming services, and who want the same line-by-line lyric experience those platforms provide, applied to their own files on Windows.
