system documents

Hi guys, one time I had an idea, that I'll do my documents little bit clear, and I completly rerranged my system documents, so all Microsoft applications doesn't work. I wanted to restore my PC tofactory settings, but it does from settings which don't work :D. Somebody have any idea? I thought...
