We would like to set a different system local for each user, on windows 2016. I was expecting to find it (like in server 2012) using the Group Policy -> user configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Control Panel -> Regional and Languages Options. But seems I do not see the Regional...- shaylo1

Windows 8 Chinese Simplified system locale problem
Hello ! To make a very long story short, to be able to install a Chinese game(MMOrpg, Chinese servers and so on..) I had to change my system locale from my default (Slovenian, Slovenia) to Chinese (Simplified, China) and it has to stay this way, otherwise I can't play it. The game works fine...- mazzah

I watch a great deal of Netflix on my PC. I have noticed lately that while watching a program a great deal of buffering goes on. I run Auslogics defragmenter.
