    Windows 7 Can't eject external hard drive. This device is currently in use.

    Whenever I try to eject a certain external hard drive using the little icon in the task window, I get a message that it is in use. I am very careful to be sure it is not in use but still get the message. This is a data storage disc. I am not aware of any programs on it that may be running in...
