Just purchased a new Dell Optiplex with the latest (so it says) version of Win10 Pro OS. Downloaded VLC from the VideoLan website. It downloaded and installed ok but the menus are in Thai. How can I change that to English?

I use window 7 with 32-bit operating system. When I open the Windows Media Player and add the songs to the playlist, my windows media player can not display Thai languages.
Can any one help? pleases...
