    Windows 7 Turn Off Thumbnail Previews on Classic Theme (Windows 7)

    Is there any way to complete turn off the taskbar thumbnail previews? I'm on classic theme. I tried the following, but it's just delaying not disabling them.. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced Set ExtendedUIHoverTime to 99999, then restart explorer.exe.
