I have" AERO" disabled in order for older apps not to switch windows color, turns out windows 7 is not running same colors as vista did.

I've been running W7 builds ever since the public one and have noticed something I've never seen in Vista.
When I open a window the Aero animation is smooth like in Vista just up until the window is almost fully open when the animation is kinda choppy. It's almost like the window...
At some point during my usage, the effects for minimizing, closing, opening, and maximizing get turned off by Windows. I'll be enjoying the effects until at some point... closing and opening windows become instant (like in Windows XP or older), same with minimize/maximize. I never turn these...
