Windows 7 Cannot upgrade from Vista Ultimate to Win 7
I want to upgrade a notebook running Vista Ultimate 32-bit to Windows 7 32-bit. When I try to do so, the installation gets to the compatibility check and then tells me it cannot upgrade because I will lose my Ultimate Extras. Windows 7 Why Did Microsoft Discontinue Ultimate Extras in Windows 7?
Assuming I understand this correctly that Microsoft is not continuing Ultimate Extras in Windows 7, my curious question is why? Unless it's some form of a cost cutting move? So do we now know what will make Windows 7 Ultimate stand out above and beyond the other versions of Windows 7...- lorenkjr1
