    Windows 10 Apply cumulative Update to extracted Win10-ISO possible?

    Assume I download the base ISO for Win10 v1903 and extract the content into a directory (tree). Then I download a cumulative Update package for this Win10 version. How can I apply this Update package to the just extracted ISO Win10 directory tree? How can I later make an ISO out of this...

    Windows 8 Where to download full offline update package 8 --> 8.1 ?

    I prefer NOT to update my Win 8 system by using the Microsoft Store. As far as I know there is somewhere a full offline package which can be downloaded. After start of this package my Win8 will by update to 8.1 Where exactly can I download it? Peter
