    Windows 8 Windows 8 upgrade key

    I have Windows 8.1 installed on my old pc with Windows 8 upgrade key. I'm wondering can I reuse the same Windows key on my new pc if I uninstall windows on the old one?

    Windows 7 ow do I upgrade fromwin7 32 to 64 w/o 64 disk?

    I have a 32 bit disk and product key but it didn't come with an upgrade key or a 64 bit disc. Can I upgrade w/o buying a new disc/download?
