    Windows 7 .net framework problem

    Hi All Trying to run software which needs 4.5. I check my status with regedit and this shows various versions 3. 3.5 and 4.0. When I then try and instal from Microsoft, the installer states I already have an equivalent or superior version installed etc. Can someone help me get out of this...
