video stuttering

About this tag
Video stuttering refers to the intermittent skipping or freezing of video playback, often accompanied by system lag. On WindowsForum.com, users report video stuttering during startup, affecting mouse cursor movement and program loading, with stutters occurring every few seconds. Another common scenario is constant stuttering on streaming video services like Hulu, where movement causes brief pauses every second. Causes may include network issues, router firmware, or system performance problems. Troubleshooting often involves checking hardware, network connections, and system resources to resolve the lag and stuttering.
