    Windows 10 How to Uninstall or Disable Cortana After Windows 10 Update 1903

    today windows 10 update 1903 was installed with a vocalized Cortana which I will never use and do not want. I uninstalled it easily in previous 1809 but find only very complicated methods to do so in 1903. How can I uninstall, delete, or otherwise close Cortana
