    Windows 7 Windows 7 Gimp and Filezilla, they work great together

    Windows 7 Gimp and Filezilla, they work great together, I have been building my website and it is so much easier in windows 7. Gimp is a really good image editor and its free, you can make transperancys as well. Filezilla is an ftp client, so you can upload your website ;)
