wifi sleep

About this tag
Discussions about Wi-Fi disconnecting or entering a low-power state when a Windows PC goes to sleep. Common troubleshooting steps include adjusting power management settings for the wireless adapter in Device Manager, disabling selective suspend, or modifying sleep and wake timers in Windows power plans. The tag covers issues where Wi-Fi sleep behavior interferes with background tasks and seeks solutions to keep the network connection active while the system is in a low-power state.

    WI-FI Sleeps

When my PC sleeps so does my WI-FI. Some of my apps need WI-FI to updated, do backups etc. even when my PC sleeps. How do I keep the WI-FI awke.
