About this tag
Windows Journal is a Microsoft note-taking application designed for pen input, often discussed on WindowsForum.com in the context of its role in the Windows ecosystem and its security history. Users have highlighted it as a useful tool for pen-first note capture, alongside apps like Microsoft PC Manager and Whiteboard, and some argue it should be part of a clean Windows 11 experience.
