windows pdf reader

The windows pdf reader tag on WindowsForum.com covers discussion of lightweight alternatives for opening PDFs and related document formats on Windows. The recent focus is SumatraPDF, a small, free reader for PDFs, ebooks and comics, examined through a writer's account of moving to Windows 11 and reconsidering which programs belong on a clean install. The thread explains what the app does, how its two editions differ, and where it stops being useful, while noting that speed and size claims reflect the author's own impressions rather than measured benchmarks. Coverage suits readers comparing simple Windows document viewers.
