    Windows 10 Need assistance stopping a Window Service (access is denied)

    Hello, Even though I have administrator privledges for my account, I cannot stop a Windows Service (an anti-virus service) getting an "Access is denied" error. I seem to be having other permission errors for different programs. Again, the account is adminstrator. Any suggestions? williamj
