windows system 32 files

Hello, I hope I formatted this message correctly. Does anyone know anything about a file named "ctac.dll"? It's in Windows 11 system 32 folder. I do believe I was hacked a while back and I've never seen the file before. I was just wondering if anybody on here has and if so what it's for. Thanks
