Got this twice within 5 - 10 minutes of each other. The first time it happened my pc kind of froze but I could still move my mouse pointer. The second time I was running defrag. I figured seeing as though it says "STORE" it has something to do with the store app. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious.
I had a very old graphics card in my computer, and windows 10 couldn't install because of it. I took the card out and uninstalled the drivers. That was the only reason i couldn't upgrade. But when i click on the windows 10 tab, it still says " Compatibility Issue" (Radeon 9250)
