    Windows 7 Fixing RunDLL Error: Missing Winhov32.ROM on Computer Startup

    Every time I boot up my computer I get a RunDLL error that says that it could not find the file Winhov32.ROM. I have absolutely no idea what this file is/was associated with and how to get rid of this error. I also searched google and microsoft and whatnot and I found nothing on it.
