    Windows 7 file getting error message

    total secuirity in customer computer after installation some ms office file deleted automatically and some word file icon color changed into green and not open give the error mesage file is encrypted or u hav not permission.but have received an e mail with an excel attachment. How can I open it?

    Windows 7 Transfer Word files from Windows XP to Windows 7

    I have many Word files on my old Windows XP system that I would like to transfer to my new Windows 7 Professional PC.
