It seems to occur sparely, but when it does occur, I for example, can't open my browser Google Chrome, cant run Windows update and all my music programs (I produce music as a hobby) dont function well anymore (cant save files, doesnt load files proper etc.). Its just really strange, I formatted my laptop (ASUS laptop with Windows 8.1) totally like a week ago. I tried running System Restore, but that is also blocked by this error( which says that the file is either damaged or unreadable)...Anyone who can help me out with this?</blockquote>
