Windows 7 2 hard drives VISTA 32bi and Win7 64bit - Upgrade

Hi,
I currently have:

C: - 64bit Win7 Build7100 - 250Gb
D: - 32bit VISTA Ultimate - 250Gb
F: - DATA DISK 1Ggb

I want to Upgrade to Win7 Ultimate 64bit

What's the best way to go about the upgrade in order to have to do the least amount of installation?

Clean installs are best but your plan of attack depends on how much work you have put into Win7X64 Beta. It can upgraded with a simple change to cversion.ini in the Retail ISO. Instructions can be found by searching this forum.
