Windows 7 9800 gt problems in windows 7 x64?

Hi people, Im having problems with my 9800 gt. Just installed, it works fine.. but windows started in basic mode (no aero) and seems like there isnt a graphic card. In Device Manager appears the "famous" Error 43, BUT did recognize the card as 9800 gt.. i was reading around all the internet and for some people it appears like "standard vga".. so, should i think that my card is working good but theres a problem with the drivers or some compatibility?
I have:
Phenom x4 9950 2.6 ghz
4gb ddr2
Mother Gigabyte, dont remember de exact name
PSU Sentey Golden Steel Power 750w

All works fine with a 9500 gt, if that helps.
