Windows 7 About online game, can u please help me

I'm having trouble with running the online game i recently downloaded.(btw, i'm using 32-bit win 7 home premium) Well i successfully dl and install it but I can't launch/run the game T_T every time i clicked on the shortcut button nothing happens T_T does anyone have an idea how to resolve ths?

Hi there,

First, we need to know what game it is you're trying to play. Second, you can try right-clicking the shortcut, selecting 'Properties', and changing the Compatibility to an older OS. If that alone doesn't allow you to run the game, try right-clicking the shortcut and selecting 'Run as administrator...'. Let us know if that helps at all.
