Windows 7 Adding library to Start menu...can do??

I recently created a library to contain the video media I either create or download. I would like to add it to the right side of the Start menu where Pictures, Documents and Music already reside.

I can't use drag and drop to an open Start menu because as soon as I click the mouse on amything, the Start menu disappears.

Anybody know a technique?
