Windows 7 all programs menu is empty

when i got to start - all programs there is nothing there what can i do to fix this

This is very hard to believe, there has to be something unless all was intentionally deleted or hidden by someone. Besides, it is impossible to delete system folders such as Standard and Startup.

Control Panel > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders - see if anything shows up.

If you mean there are no shortcuts pinned to Start Menu, then click on a shortcut and select Pin it to start menu.

Thabz, did you upgrade your Windows 7 to a higher build ?
