I dont know if Windows 7 already has this capability but if it does I'd love to know how to turn it on. I just thought a really useful feature would be to make a window be always on top but be able to adjust the transparency of the window. This could be really useful if you were doing a task such as a spreadsheet while using data on a web site. This way you could see the website data and type on the spreadsheet without having to switch back and forth between windows.
any of you know of a way to make windows do this?
