Explorer.exe crashes and reappear repeatedly again and again upon windows 7 start-up, making it difficult to open even task manager.

Have run Malwarebytes Anti-malware thoroughly and anti-virus scan too in the safe mode, but problem stills persists.

AppCrash view report is as follows :

Crash Dump file is attached herewith.

Problem started after I installed Demon Tool (later uninstalled it in safe mode) and downloaded one .mkv file on desktop (coudn't delete it, tried unclocker too).
Have tried almost every piece of useful info. available over net, even did sfc /scannow (cmd window closes soon after giving this command) but all in vain.

Samco I checked your dump files, is your system overclocked?

Can you boot to Safe Mode (or Safe Mode with Networking) and, if so, do you have problems there? Both your dumps are blaming hardware as the cause.

You need to uninstall your Acronis software. It's using a driver that is far to old for Windows 7:

    snapman.sys Fri Oct 06 14:44:30 2006

If on the off chance Acronis is already uninstalled you need to find the snapman.sys file and, for now, rename it to something like snapman.bak. That will stop it from loading.

    Stop 0x124 Checks
    • Ensure that none of the hardware is being overclocked.
    • Ensure that the machine is adequately cooled. Chase out those dust bunnies!
    • Make sure all hardware related drivers are up to date.
    • Possibly update the motherboard BIOS according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    • Always keep The Windows system itself up to date.
See this thread for additional pointers: Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
