Windows 7 Another Framework Error

Alright so when I startup this framework error appears: (It is also preventing me from running certain applications)

[Trouble]

Yep. You need to get rid of that particular entry/value in the location path that is noted in the error from your registry.
Before editing anything in the registry, back it up, export the run key for safe keeping, and create a manual restore point just in case.
That entry should not be there so open the registry editor (type regedit into the search or run dialog box and hit enter) and in the left hand pane expand / drill down to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
in the right hand pane locate
the data value
"win64dll"
select / highlight it and hit the delete key on your keyboard, answer yes to the prompt, close the registry editor and reboot.
