Windows 7 Audio Problems

My problem: No Sound or crackles

My motherboard is Asus P5VD2-MX, audio: ADI AD1986A 5.1!

I tested it the all drivers (Xp and Vista), but the normal function is not succeed! Other users signaled the problem!

I'm also getting crackling every now and then, and I have a Realtek HD Audio onboard chip.
