Windows 7 Autochk problems

I want to install a product named Shadowprotect Desktop (backup software) from Storagecraft.
When I do it requires a reboot.
When I reboot, I get the message:
“Autochk Program not found – skipping Autocheckâ€Â￾.
the computer then recycles endlessly.
The recovery does not work. I suspect that something has happened to the hidden partition. I have been working on it with Storagecraft senior engineers and they cannot duplicate it on their system.

I have 7 disks:
Disk 0 is a backup drive
Disk 1 is another backup drive
Disk 2 is made up of a RAID 0 Stripe of 2 drives
Disk 3 is made up of a RAID 0 Stripe of 2 drives
Disk 4 is a DVD LightScribe burner
Disk 5 is a DVD burner
Disk 6 is an invisible partition of Disk 2, which is the Windows 7 System Partition

I would love some ideas and have uploaded my System information.
