I am trying to do a backup on a CD but the following message pops up:

0x80071A90 the function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use by another transaction

    I have a Windows 7, HP G62 Notebook PC, 64-bit operating system

OK thanks....you do know you CAN'T backup your HDD to a CD/DVD...there's not enough storage space. You need another HDD.
