Windows 7 Battery Meter Time Remaining

I can't seem to figure out how to enable time remaining indicator for my laptop battery. It only displays a percentage. Any suggestions?

Even though you had the battery meter in VISTA/XP the driver you are currently using does not support it. In other words it only shows the amount of battery you have left. The time remaining on the battery is so inaccurate though i dont know why anyone would wanna see it.
