Hi

I know that most people on this forum are aware of this software, but I was looking at my computer on it today and thought I might post it here for anyone who isn't aware of it.
It works just as well in Windows 8 and it did on every other version of Windows.

Belarc - System Management For The Internet Age

I've had it on my computer for many years.

For those who don't know this is software that doesn't really do anything.

What it will do is tell you everything you could ever want to know about your computer.

Every component, piece of software, whether your updates are up to date, even the registration number on all of your software.

It can even tell me what my monitor is and the date it was made, or the serial number of my mother board and what version of the bios it's running.

If you ever need to know what the registration number on your Adobe Photoshop installation is it can tell you.

I check it occasionally to see if it is seeing any errors in my system.
And I have needed to find a serial number once in a while.

Best of all it's a free program that doesn't do anything!
