Windows 10 Benefits of Disabling Cache

Hi Friends,
I have been indecisive whether I should deactivate the cache for certain sites, but I´m not too sure I am aware of all the benefits of doing that. What are the benefits of not depending on cache for a site to load? I know that you get to see certain design changes by not depending on cache but that´s about it. Thanks in advance for your answers. =-)

The only benefits of not using cache would be the insignificant amount of disk space you would save and on occasion may not update the cache properly resulting in stale data being displayed.
