I use a laptop and the screen is broke, due to this I use and external monitor but when I startup it doesn't appear on the external monitor. I want to edit some BIOS settings but I can't cause I can't see it. How do I fix this!?

You may have to replace the screen. Outputting to a secondary display is not always available and is often driver (software) driven.

Not unless it's a new laptop with a very good motherboard in it, most do not have software editing however some higher end systems do have software that can interface the BIOS, but usually it's limited to overclocking capabilities.
