yes i know this has nothing to do with windows 7 but i think more people can help me on this forum then if i were to ask anywhere else. basiclly i want to make 3 sata cables/ports/whatever it is called for use. my current bios settings disabled most of them (i have 6 and am only allowed to use 2 of them). so now if i want 2 hard drives i have to disable my cd drive and when i need to plug in a cd i have to disable my D hard drive. when i need something form D to be written in C its a whole annoying process. now i tryed going into my BIOS and enabling that but it requires a password which i did NOT set!. my question is there any way to find out the password or remove/change it. i never had any success. without this password i can barley touch anything in my bios. any help would reallly be appreciated. thanks for your time ^_^

There's a way to do it very easily.
Unplug and open your tower.
Locate the motherboard battery.
Remove it, and wait 15 seconds. Then put it back in, and turn on the PC.
That should reset the BIOS.
