I have 2 Win 7 x 64 operating systems. One pc will not accept the password of the other unless I connect the one needing to fill in the password to the router with an ethernet cable. Once the password goes through I have a homegroup and filesharing without the cable.
In an attempt to find what is stopping a normal installation, I have removed Norton from both to no avail.
It would seem to be the router.
I can remove the router and the installation would most likely occur so is there a way to set the router so I can connect normally. It is a Belkin router
