Windows 7 Blue Screen every 10-15 minutes.. Plase help!

I can't do anything on my computer, Blue Screen keeps happening every 10-15 minutes, please help, here is the info:

I believe these crashes have something to do with the graphic card driver - graphic card is Ati Radeon x550/x700.
