Hello, I've been getting BSOD for over 6 months but very rarely until now, I get them quite frequently. I seem to be getting them when I load something, like upon a new browser, or a new website. Now I get them well playing a game, and it's very irritating. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is my computer specs and Diagnostic tool file.

Can you zip and post the last few dump files (C:\windows\minidump) so someone can analyze them? Thanks!

The zip is attached however I do not see any dump files in it, make sure your system is configured to write dump files so that when it blue screens we have some debug information to work with.

    1) Click on Start
    2) Run
    3) sysdm.cpl
    4) Advanced Tab
    5) Startup and Recovery Settings Button
    6) Write Debugging Information - Small Memory Dump

If you enable this option the next time your machine BSOD's it should generate a corresponding .dmp file in the location specified under the "small dump directory" location seen in Step 6 (this defaults to %SystemRoot%\Minidump which on most machines should be C:\windows\Minidump).

Ok so weird problem. I did what you said, and when I usually get a bluescreen my computer goes black like a bluescreen but a bluescreen never apears, and my computer just restarts like a bluescreen, and no files are put into minidump.

When I use the program and press grab all it says "No Dump Found"

What happens if you uncheck the "Automatically Restart" option in the above mentioned configuration dialog?

I unchecked it, and I get a bluescreen again. But I'm still not getting any dump files.

First make sure your machine is configured properly to facilitate the collection of .dmp files.

    Then install this hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2716542
    if applicable or
    Perhaps this patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2541014
    your choice

And stop bumping your thread, it's just annoying and as a result will likely produce less help instead of more. We can't do much without a dump file.

Hello I downloaded the patch not the hotfix because I already tried the hotfix, and it still doesn't give me any dump files. I won't bump again
    Thanks for the help
