I have not installed any new software just before having the blue screen. I need some help analyzing my dump files! Any help much would be appreciated! Solution T T TorrentG Aug 24, 2010 Hey there. Uninstall Kaspersky as it's causing your issues. Do this in safe mode with the tool found here: AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums Reboot to normal mode and install MSE. You'll also want to update your Creative drivers.
