    Did you try different system maintenance tasks? You might have to clean-up temporary files, uninstall recently installed software programs and updates, check OS files for corruption. Download hotfix and if that doesn’t solve your problem follow the manual instructions given below.

    Run System Restore:

    1. Click Start, point to All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore.

    2. Click Next button.

    3. Select a restore point.

    4. Follow the on-screen instructions. A system reboot is mandatory.
