    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000478, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
        bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff800030cbb75, address which referenced memory

Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

The faulting driver relates to your Bluetooth Bus Driver

PLease update ALL of your current drivers

update things like your bios, graphics card etc ensuring all the latest drivers are on your computer

make sure you have installed all microsoft updates including service packs

first off all thank u vmuch 4 ur quick reply.
and when u told me that (The faulting driver relates to your Bluetooth Bus Driver)
i went to device manager and found this unknown device (Bluetooth Peripheral Device)
then i installed (BlueSoleil),and that unknown device gone.
and i'll see if this could work....
and again thank u very much.

Could I also suggest you upgrade to service pack 1 which in all fairness should have been done awhile ago :)

    @Rich
    haha :D

You can either update the updates via the automatic method
start, conrtol panel, system and security, windows update check for updates,

    OR

direct link to microsofts update as per your little picture :)

just make sure once a while you update your drivers, not like every week but check every couiple of months as updates fix security issues and improved features etc. :D

Your more than welcome, I speak for myself and many of the helpers on the site that were just happy to help, BSODs can happen for many reason ,a program wont stop hardware from failing for example. if it fails then it fails for a reason, if there u do get a blue screen its the computers way of saying something is wrong and needs to be addressed. If the program you have stops these from coming then then great but ive never used anything to stop them.

    little tips

make sure drivers are updated , most will tell you there are updates available.
    ensure microsfot updates are installed
any new hardware you put in , make sure its compatable etc

plus if you get a BSOD then upload the BSOD then we will tell ya whats wrong and help you sort it, There is a BSOD analyist on every day and will more than likely get a reply within 24 hours or so

    :D
