Windows Update: - Make sure Windows Update is up to date. Sometimes, drivers are automatically installed through Windows Update. If after checking these steps you still cannot find any Bluetooth functionality on your HP 650 notebook, it's possible that Bluetooth is not included in your model. In that case, you might need to consider using a USB Bluetooth adapter to add Bluetooth connectivity to your notebook.
