Windows 7 BSOD 0x000009F

Lenovo X240 with Windows 7 Professional 32btis having BSOD often.
I attached the *.dmp File with this post.
Please kindly share with me your advise.

P.s: Already updated LAN & wifi Drivers but still the same.

Hi,
all your dump files were similar to the above and basically mean that a component didn't reach a particular power state within an allotted period of time. Your later dumps don't show any particular driver at fault although luckily your earlier dumps do.. :)

It seems your Intel USB3 driver is at fault and needs updating.

Laptop drivers are almost exclusively supplied by the manufacturer apart from some gpu drivers and your driver support page has does indeed have updates available. The link is for the USB 3 driver but I would go through all of your drivers and update them to the most recent versions available.

I already update USB driver as your advise. Will monitor and if still have problem let you know again.
