So, my computer Blue Screens about once every 24 hours or so, so it's not that bad yet, but it often happens when I'm not doing anything at the computer. It was only three times so far, but I figure that's more than enough to get help with it, so it doesn't keep happening.

I love how when I clicked on the window to search for solutions, the window closed and nothing happened.

Anyway, help with this would of course, be much appreciated, and here's the files needed:

(Edit: Just after posting this, it Blue Screened again for a different reason it seems, uploading an updated file.)

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:

You have a Belkin F6D4050 Enhanced Wireless USB Adapter - Win7 doesn't like these devices. Here's my rant about them:
Your driver dates from 2008, so it's likely that this is a problem for you.

All drives (except for the E: drive) have less than 15% free space. This space is needed for Windows to perform operations in "behind the scene's". Please free up 15% free space on all drives (you can temporarily get away with 10% free space without a whole lot of problems for a short time.)

The WER section of MSINFO32 points to MijXfilt.sys as a problem driver (as do the memory dumps). This belongs to your MotioninJoy simulate Xbox 360 controller (virtual Xinput device). Please un-install this device and then download and install a fresh copy of the latest Win7 compatible drivers.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). I strongly suspect that this hold true for Win8 systems also.

Your wireless USB XBox controller is known to cause BSOD's also. There are no driver updates available AFAIK. Please un-install the software for this device and physically remove it from your system in order to test and see if it's to blame.

Thanks for the response, I'll get to dealing with all that, though my only issue is that I certainly hope it's not the wifi device. The reason for that is, I do have a PCI card, but it's weak.
Linksys 2.4GHz 54Mbps

It's kind of annoying that the computer will run fine for a random amount of time before it Blue Screens for whatever reason.

Let's talk about BSOD's and troublesome software/hardware for a bit.

First off, despite your experience, BSOD's aren't all that frequent or common. At work we may get one or two in in a week - other times we'll go weeks without any.

Then, when we do get them, most are easily fixed (such as by updating to SP1) or replacing outdated software.

Then there are the most common devices/software the cause BSOD's. Funny enough, you'll find plenty of people who are using this stuff and not having problems. But, unfortunately, you are having problems with it (in this case it's Daemon Tools and the wireless USB XBox controller).

Why are you having problems and others aren't? Well, we still have to figure that out. My personal theory is that there are other drivers/programs that affect the running of the more common problem devices/software. But we have yet to prove it, so we're left with having to guess what the problem is. Computers are very complex devices - then you add lot's of different software programs, which adds more complication to the mix - it's really amazing that we can even fix these things!

So, in short, it's possible that the wireless USB thing may not be the cause - but we've seen them causing problems before. I'd strongly suggest that, even if you get it working, you invest in a wireless PCI/PCIe card that's fairly new (up to $60 US at most retailers - get one that supports Wireless-N)

Make sure that you have the most recent drivers for the wireless USB network device - and make sure that they are listed as compatible with Windows 7. It looks like you can get Win7 drivers from here: Link Removed

Thanks for the help. It seems like the main issue was the lack of Service Pack 1. My Belkin is running fine and that controller program has been on for a while too.
