Hi, I just reinstalled Windows 7 on my Toshiba Satellite A200 and it seems to freeze randomly when I open programs such as iTunes and other programs that need to load a lot of data. Here is the error that I get whenever it freeezes: -- Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 7a BCP1: C040FD48 BCP2: C0000185 BCP3: 15C5CBE0 BCP4: 81FA9000 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\042011-37081-01.dmp C:\Users\Josh\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-220195-0.sysdata.xml Read our privacy statement online: Windows 7 Privacy Statement - Microsoft Windows If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt -- Also, whenever the computer freezes, I can still use my mouse but nothing happens when I click on anything. I opened up Task Manager before it crashed and I noticed that the CPU usage dropped from around 30% to 0% when it froze. I don't know if this is a problem or not but I thought I should post anyway. Here are my system specs: Toshiba Satellite A200 Windows 7 Ultimate x86 2x 512MB DDR2 RAM Chips 1.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Thanks in advance!
