Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Please ensure that each hard drive has 15% free space. Less with adversely impact the performance of your system and may cause problems when Windows attempts to do things in the background.

Your ethernet controller is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol 120% software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). I strongly suspect that this hold true for Win8 systems also.
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

The ethernet port is a external LAN card, because my motherboard's ethernet port was destroyed by a power surge. But the LAN card was causing BSOD so I had to disable it. Sadly, I also cannot find a newer version of the AOC monitor driver. I also uninstalled the Samsung's Kies. Thanks for the quick reply. I will post an update.
